Instructions

  1. Peel and Slice: Peel the bananas and slice them into uniform 1/8 inch (3mm) thick slices. A mandoline slicer is recommended.
  2. Lemon Juice Bath: Toss the banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. Oil and Spice Infusion: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  4. Coat the Banana Slices: Pour the oil and spice mixture over the banana slices and toss to coat evenly.
