Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (about 4 slices)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag Doritos, Nacho Cheese flavor (or your favorite flavor!)
  • Optional: Additional crumbled bacon for garnish
  • Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soften the Cream Cheese: Let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes. Or, microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until soft (not melted).
  2. Combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, and Mayonnaise: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  3. Mix Until Smooth: Beat with an electric mixer (or whisk vigorously) until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Incorporate the Bacon: Add crumbled cooked bacon to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the Green Onions: Add the chopped green onions to the mixture.
  6. Season with Spices: Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl.
  7. Mix Well: Gently mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  8. Cover and Chill: Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) to allow flavors to meld.
  9. Prepare the Doritos: Get your bag of Doritos ready.
  10. Serve and Garnish (Optional): Transfer the chilled dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional crumbled bacon and chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
  11. Enjoy! Serve with Doritos for dipping.
